Sean has a background in education. For over two decades he has produced a wide range of interventions in diverse industries – in financial institutions and corporates, in factories, on farms and in schools. He focuses on helping people find connections to build trust and empathy, improving communication to manage change, and tackling tricky social and workplace issues.

Sean also works as an end-of-life carer and produces the How to Die podcast.

Sean has a B.A. (Hons.), H.D.E., M.Phil. and a Diploma in Counseling  

Heather is a consulting psychologist with a special focus on trauma and healing. She has extensive experience working in organisations, focusing on employee engagement and behaviour change. Heather has supported businesses in navigating challenging environments, fostering inclusive workplaces, developing agility and driving lasting cultural shifts.

Heather has a B.A (Hons), M.A. (Psych.) and M.A. (Dramatherapy)
